Stek l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k sakta n\u00e5gra minuter i oljan. R\u00f6r i riset och l\u00e5t det steka ytterligare en minut tills riset blir blankt. Tills\u00e4tt vinet och l\u00e5t det koka in i riset. Sp\u00e4d successivt med varm fond och r\u00f6r kontinuerligt. Efter ca 20 minuter s\u00e5 \u00e4r riskornen genomkokta men fortfarande sp\u00e4nstiga.
